The 2026 Billings Ski Swap is upon us. Come shop the Swap! See information below to
sell, buy and donate.
 

Billings Ski Swap:
Dates: October 23-24 th
Location: MetraPark Pavilion, 308 6 th Ave N, Billings
Open for sales: Friday, October 23 rd 5PM- 8PM, Saturday, October 24 th from
9AM-2PM


Entry Fee:
$6 Friday or $5 with a donated food item.
$3 on Saturday or free with a donated food item.
KIDS 10 and under FREE

Sellers:
Thank you for selling your gear with at the Billings Ski Swap. Silver Run Ski Foundation
hosts the Billings ski swap, we are a 501c3 nonprofit organization. The ski swap is one
of our largest fundraisers. When you consign your items at the ski swap you are helping
limit barriers to access for youth around Billings, Laurel, Red Lodge, Cody, Sheridan
and Rapid City to participate in Snowsports. A donation of 25% from your item’s sale
goes to Silver Run Ski Foundation, this percentage helps fund our programs and
overhead costs of hosting the ski swap.

Skis, snowboards, XC skis,
Ski boots, snowboard boots, XC boots
Outdoor recreational Equipment


Consignment percentage:
Seller: 75%
SRSF donation: 25%
ONLINE CONSIGNMENT CLOSES THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22 ND AT 6PM. Come to the
Pavilion at MetraPark before 5PM Friday, October 23 rd and we will help you consign
your gear.

Consigning Gear:

  • If you have consigned gear with us before you can log into your account and start adding your gear for this year.
  • If you have NOT consigned gear with us before, please email Silverrunski@gmail.com and we will set you up with an account.
  • Enter each item separately, no sets please.

Pricing gear:

  • Please price items to the whole dollar
  • If you need an item edited or deleted, email silverrunski@gmail.com, and the admin can do this for you (or do it when you drop off items)

Gear pickup:

  • Sellers you MUST pick up your UNSOLD gear by 3PM on Saturday, October 24 th or it becomes donated property to SRSF.
  • Please make sure you have a printout or pull up your consignment page to confirm items when picking up.
  • You can track equipment sales via your consignment account.

Tagging items:

  • Please DO NOT pre tag your items, we will happily help you print tags and label your gear when you bring it to the swap.
  • Items can be brought to the Pavilion at MetraPark from 12-7PM Friday, 10/23.

Consigner Payout:
 

  • Checks will be mailed out 10/30
  • ACH sign up is available via your account under “Digital Payout ID”

Forms of payment accepted:

  • Credit/Debit Card, we do charge a 3% processing fee to use Cards.
  • Cash
  • Venmo

Donation equipment:
SRSF is happy to take donated gear. No need to register it yourself, just come down to the MetraPark and we will get in entered and get you a receipt
