Ski Swap 2024 is right around the corner!

Shop for gear on Friday, Oct. 25 from 5-8 PM and Saturday, Oct. 26 from 9-2:00 PM. at Cedar Hall at MetraPark

  • A small entry fee will be charged. This entry fee goes directly to supporting athletes thank you!
    • $5 for early entry, and $3 at the door on Saturday KIDS ARE FREE
    • We accept VENMO, cash, or Credit card

Have Old Gear? Consign it at the Swap! 25% of the sale price will be donated to Silver Run Ski Team.

AS OF TODAY, Friday Oct. 25, Online consignment is closed. Just get your items to Cedar Hall by 5:00 PM to sell them in the swap. We will assist you in tagging.

Here are the steps: We will begin the process of accepting emails starting Oct. 1, 2024.

  1. On OCT. 1, or later, YOU MUST email us to get entry to the consignment site! silverrunski@gmail.com even if you consigned last year, we must receive an email to enter you into the sale
  2. The next day, you will receive a reply stating that you are entered into the sale and can proceed to consign your items online. 

  3. You will need to log on to this website to this website to Consign your items online here:

  4. Once you have consigned your items, Drop at Cedar Hall at Metra Park. We will tag your items for you. Items will be accepted at Cedar Hall FRIDAY from 12:00 to 7:00 PM.

Other tips:

We accept donations of equipment! If you don’t want to consign items, just drop them off at Cedar Hall on Friday from 10am to 5pm.

If you need an item edited or deleted, email silverrunski@gmail.com, and the admin can do this for you (or do it when you drop off items)

Price items to the whole dollar only! We will print tags for you at drop off! Price items to sell, people are looking for bargains!

Unsold items can be retrieved on Saturday from 2:00 – 3:00 PM. You can log in to your account to see if your items sold! Checks will be printed after the sale and can be picked up at 3:00PM. Any check left unclaimed is considered a donation.

Anything unclaimed items past 3:00 is considered a donation, thank you!
