Tanner Woodcock – President, executive and finance committees,
Tanner discovered his passion for skiing in 2009, Tanner currently resides in Red Lodge and is a Masters level athlete. He joined our board in 2015. When Tanner isn’t outside in the Beartooth Mountains he is crossing oceans piloting a Boeing 767 for Atlas Air Worldwide airlines. Tanner’s favorite run is the Kitchen to Barriers to Lodge Trail in deep snow.

Kelley Harmon – Treasurer, executive and finance committees
Kelley is a CPA and lives in Billings. She grew up ski racing in Minnesota, and is a member of our Masters team. Kelley’s expertise keeps Silver Run on track with our budget. Kelley works for Billings Clinic as an accountant.

Brad Funston – VP, Executive and Marketing/Membership committees
Brad joined the board in 2023. He grew up in Butte, MT, and attended Montana Tech on a basketball scholarship. He worked for Marathon Oil Company for 31 years as a Registered Professional Engineer. He is now retired and is an avid water and snow skier. Brad is a dedicated member of our Master’s team. He and his wife enjoy their time living in Red Lodge and Cody.

Steve “Augie” Aga – events committee
Augie has been a board member since 2012 and has been a great volunteer for Silver Run races for many years. He can be found in the start area at any Red Lodge race and always plays in the Silver Run golf tournament. Augie works as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Northern Broadcasting Systems. He earned the distinction of having skied each month of the year for the last 21 years! His favorite run is Berry’s to Boomerang…unless the powder is better elsewhere.

Jerry Wolf – events committee
Jerry is a former Silver Run athlete and former head coach for the team. Jerry is currently the head coach for the Rocky Ski Team’s Battlin’ Bears. Along with his wife Tara, they have raised two skiers who raced and coach for Silver Run and RMC, son Jeremy and daughter Jessica. It’s a secret, but his favorite run is Miami Beach. Jerry has served as a board member since 2007

Traci Lozier – Secretary, volunteers committee
Traci’s two kids are on the team, one on freeride and one on race. Her communication and organization skills are an asset to our board. Although she is originally an Ohio farm girl, she loves the Montana mountain life. Traci, the kids, and husband Cllint live in Billings. She joined the Silver Run board of directors in 2020.

Mark Eder – governance committee
Mark, wife Kim, and daughter Coral love living the Red Lodge life. Mark is a strong supporter of all youth in Red Lodge and can be seen on any given day on the mountain. His experience with non-profit organizations is an asset to our board, where he has served since 2012.

Courtney Halvorsen – marketing/membership committee
Courtney is a Red Lodge native and grew up on the slopes of Red Lodge Mountain. She has two children who are on the Nordic Team. She is a stellar volunteer for that program and enjoys sharing ski adventures with them and the whole team. Aside from being a “ski mom” she is a 4th grade teacher at Mountain View Elementary School in Red Lodge. Cortney joined the SRSF board in 2023.

Derek Stiegemeier- Fund development/Finance committee
Derek has a background with a long history of alpine ski racing as an athlete, course crew, and official. He raced out of the intermountain divisio with Bogus Basin Ski Education Foundation and later for Rocky Mountain College. Since then he as been part of supporting onhill events, and has children coming up through SRSF alpine and nordic programs. He is the Director of Ancillary Services for Beartooth Billings Clinic and works with other local non profits.
