Support Our Young Athletes!

Help power the next generation of winter sports champions by donating to the Silver Run Ski Team Live and Silent Auction. Your contributions directly support training, equipment, and competition opportunities for our dedicated young skiers.

How to Donate

Step 1: Register Your Item

Complete our simple donation form (see below) with details about your item. This helps us organize and properly showcase your generous contribution.

Step 2: Prepare Your “Auction Ready” Item

Please ensure your donation is presentable and ready for display at our auction event.

Step 3: Drop Off Your Donation

Choose from two convenient locations:

Red Lodge Drop-off:

  • Location: Wildflower Weddings, 7461 US-212, Red Lodge, MT
  • Dates: April 1-2, 2025
  • Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Billings Drop-off:

  • Location: Vanessa Selby’s – 4511 Robbie Ln, Billings
  • Dates: April 1-2, 2025
  • Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Donation Ideas

  • Individual Family Donations: Every ski family is encouraged to contribute an item or experience.
  • Group Donations: Families can collaborate to create premium auction packages.
  • Homemade Items: Our skiers are welcome to donate non-perishable items they’ve created themselves.
  • Services or Experiences: Consider donating professional services, vacation homes, or unique experiences.
  • Gift Certificates: Restaurant, spa, or entertainment vouchers make excellent auction items.
  • Skier Donations: Skiers can also make a non-perishable item that we can auction off in the Athlete Corner*. Get creative Skiers!

*This year, the money raised from the athlete corner will go back to our 2026 championship athletes. These athletes are U14 and older athletes competing to qualify for championships racing in nordic racing or alpine racing. The goal is for Silver Run to help fund the expenses for these athletes to compete in these higher level races. Any athlete U12 and younger is encouraged to create a non-perishable item to be sold during the silent auction. We look forward to seeing what our athletes create!
